The SMT-400 monitors outside air temperature and alters its control logic to ensure comfort levels are maintained using the least amount of energy. If suitable, the SMT-400 Wi-Fi thermostat will use the outside air to cool the area without running the air-conditioning systems.
For scheduling, simply use the App or Web Portal to pre-set individual comfort levels. With the SMT-400 Thermostat you can even have your heating and cooling system turn on or off automatically as you approach or leave the home or office.
